The theme of the evening will be the presentation of the international conference 'Stand-Speak-Rise-Up' to end sexual violence in fragile environments. This conference will be held as of 26 and 27 March 2019 to the Central European Conference in Luxembourg, at the initiative of H.R.H. the Grand Duchess, as an Ambassador of goodwill to UNESCO and eminent "Advocate for Children" UNICEF.
